Prices are standard US prices in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you live. The exact price, billing period and renewal terms are always shown on the confirmation screen before you pay.

These are charged once and never renew.
How billing works
Automatic renewal
Weekly and monthly memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at your plan's current price, on the same day each week or month.
Cancel any time
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep your membership until the end of the period you already paid for.

Deleting the app or your Bindr account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their policies. Bindr cannot issue refunds for those purchases. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.
For purchases made on bindr.dating, contact support@bindr.dating if you believe you were charged in error. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not credit partially used periods. Memberships ended because an account broke our Terms or Community Guidelines are not refunded.
One membership, every device
Your membership belongs to your Bindr account, not your phone. It works on iOS, Android and the web, so you never need to pay twice. Memberships cannot be transferred to another account.
Price changes
If the price of your membership changes, you will be told before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Prices in other countries are set in local currency by the App Store and Google Play and may differ from the US prices above.
Same rules for everyone
Paying never exempts an account from our safety rules. Paid and free members are held to the same Community Guidelines, and accounts that break them can be suspended or banned.
